Referee Info
The referee plays an important role in the development of the players, providing a leadership role on the field, and are necessary to play the game.
As you may imagine, it is a tough job being a referee and sadly, we never have enough of them.
To be honest, we as parents and players are not always supportive or show respect to referee's which doesn't help our Referee shortage.
Over the last couple years the club has actively tried to change this declining trend.
Please, if you know of a person 13 years old or older that could use a growth opportunity, a first job, and/or a little cash, please submit the RSFC Referee Interest/Training Form
Just as important, please show respect and support for the referee's this season... who knows, they may be your neighbor!
