Veo Reservation Process

Reservation Process:

  1. Review Google Calendar for the latest availability – we have 4 cameras in rotation.  
    1. Google Reservation Calendar
  2. Availability is not guaranteed, there may be requests submitted that are not yet reflected on the calendar.
  3. If your preferred dates are available, email your request to Mike Cruse- michael.cruse.mc@gmail.com
  4. Each request will be handled in the order they are received.
  5. Include dates the Veo is needed, team name, team assigned Veo handler name & email address.
  6.  If your request is approved, you will be asked to arrange for unit pick-up with Mike Cruse

Team level Veo handler: Each team should select an individual to take responsibility for the safe handling and operation of the Veo unit. This person will be responsible for the timely pick up and return of all equipment components and for reporting any issues to Mike Cruse.

Uploading Process

Once the game is complete, the Veo handler will need to upload the video by connecting the Veo unit to the internet.  The unit will let you know when it is finished uploading after a couple of hours.  Once complete, please store Veo in a storage case for protection and return to Club Contact ASAP.
