As RSFC players and team grow in skill, physicality, and tactical play, they will find more success.  Around the age of 14-15 years old, those teams that find themselves at the top of the State Premier League may want to advance to the National Mid-West Conference.  The level of training, cost, and travel to participate in this league all increase.  However, the experience that this level of play will bring will grow your player mentality and physically.  Being honored to play in this league is a result of your player's/team's character, skill development, and hard work.
