Once your RSFC team finds success in the East Central District, you may be promoted to the State League.  There are two divisions in the State League.  Often teams will enter into the First Division and if they find success there, they will be promoted to the Premier Division.  Teams at this level have players that are technically sound and have a strong desire to learn the strategies and tactics of the game.  The club generally will not have teams participate in the State League until age 12 or 13.  Level of competition, individual cost, travel and player development all increase.
