WHY is determining RSFC’s style of play important?

If we want to give RSFC players the opportunity to play at the highest level their effort and desire will take them, we need a framework to help navigate team and player development paths.  With this framework we’re able to identify what developmental areas are important at a player’s and team’s age, allowing us to focus on the things that ARE important, WHEN they are important.  By doing this we believe players will have more fun and our teams will have more competitive success in the long term (16 years old and beyond).
