Practices: We will give you guidance as to what fields and times are available for training.  We encourage all teams to practice one time per week outside of your game times. You may start your training after the coaches meeting if you would like.  However, given games will start mid-May we recommend you start to train late April.  You may also practice or scrimmages other teams in the club.  If you do this, we suggest sharing players in order to make even skilled teams for scrimmage.  When practice is done, do not leave until the last player has been picked up and sure you have contact information for all parents.

Referees: Respect all referees! We will only have referees at U10-HS age groups. We target to schedule two referees per game but some games may only have one based on availability of refs. Refs will be paid prior to each game by the coaches.

Weather: If games are canceled due to weather we will alert all teams via on Playmetrics.  It is our goal to try and make a decision by 3pm about games. Game will be played in rain, but if lightning is spotted, games will immediately be suspended for 30 minutes. We will alert all teams if the delay is temporary or if games are canceled for the night.
